We've got a fever... and the only prescription is more cabin.
*BUMP* :D Congrats!Just wanted to say your little blog inspired us to do this same this past summer - many weekends and hours of driving later we have an amazing little bunkie for a family of 5. 12X16 foot print with a 3' porch downstairs and a nearly full size loft split in two with a bridge. A futon, wood stove, fold back ladder, drop leaf kitchen table and folding card chairs. Plus a double bathroom vanity converted to a mini kitchen complete with recycled propane stove and fridge and sink from a trailer. Thank YOU! We would have never started thinking about building tiny and building UP - but it's turned out better then we could have imagined :)PS We insulated - it's -30C up there right now and we do snow shoe in during the winter. LOLReclaimed, Recycled and Re-markable! we did it all for less than 2500$ :DIf you'd like to see some pictures let me know! :D
I was pinning away for such type of blogs, thanks for posting this for us.
